• How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Shipment times vary depending on how busy we are, as all purchases are made to order. Most orders will be sent out within 7 days of purchase (cut off time is 14:00) but if we are super busy, they may take up to 28 days. If you have not received your order within 31 days of purchase, get in touch. 

• Can I make my own pattern?

Custom orders and commissions are available through Instagram DM or our contact form, with certain limits. Depending on how complicated your design is, upon request we can quote you a price.

• Can I order an item in a different colourway?

Of course! Personalised colourways are classed as custom commissions, so send us a DM with the product and colours you would like, and we can let you know the options.

• What about sizing?

If clothing items are classed as 'one-size', it's likely the important parts are stretchy. For products with size options, we follow a standardised sizing chart, available here:
