All of our items are made to order, so times to dispatch vary greatly depending on how busy we are. Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days of purchase, but in some cases may take up to 28 days. If you want to know how long you should expect to wait prior to ordering, shoot us a message on Instagram or in the contact section of our website.
Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please read the following instructions to file a return.
Due to the fact each of our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for custom orders. Returns for unworn, non-custom items can be sent online with any postage company to the address:

Once the item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
When inspected, if the item looks in any way worn or damaged (unless stated), we will not be able to issue your refund. If you're unsure, send us a picture of your item(s) prior to returning.
Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
